Katie previously served as the Managing Director, Head of Learning and Development at a fast-pace finance startup, Cresset Capital and prior to that worked as a coach and in program development at Charles Schwab for five years. She has her Executive Coach Certification from the Center of Executive Coaching and earned her Organizational Leadership Certificate from Northwestern University. She has an MFA and a teaching certificate from Roosevelt University and a BA from Miami University of Ohio. She received the Northeast Ohio Movers & Shakers Top 25 Under 35 Award.
